Most disappointing buy. Bought into all the talk that CT's matte formula is creamy and not drying. Utter rot. This is so drying even from the time you try to put it on, there's very little slip and in 5 seconds, your lips have shriveled into a mass of fine lines with caked lipstick. If you have remotely dry lips, don't even try this overpriced, overhyped stuff. Only saving grace is that the shade is nice (but you can probably find a million cheap dupes).

Beautiful and sturdy packaging much better than some more expensive lipsticks I own and really good pigmented formula that wears well on the lips and does not try them making it really comfortable to wear. Amazing shade's for everyday for warm light to medium skin tones like me.

shade walk of shame
One of the most wonderful lipstick shades I own, this is a medium-deep brick red (warm undertones). I am brunette with fair skin and a more neutral undertone and it looks really great. The formula is very comfortable and light weight on the lips, it has a matte finish but isn't drying. Packaging is luxurious and beautiful. However I take away one star because it doesn't wear off very prettily, it wears off in patches and not uniformly.
