Good cream
The cream is worth a try but the packaging is absolutely disastrous. The pump dispenser doesn’t work, what is the point of the cream being packaged so if the pump dispenser is faulty.

Terrible packaging
In addition to being fit for its purpose, manufacturers today need to think about the entire lifetime of their product packaging, and I'm afraid Marc Elrick's Future Beauty Labs will have to go back to the drawing-board with this one. I'm always on the look-out for cruelty-free product lines and was really looking forward to trying this Cult Beauty exclusive. Unfortunately, anticipation turned quickly to frustration. The pump dispenser on the bottle I received does not work. The only way I could try the cream was to take off the top and scrape some out with the end of the tube. Perhaps it is as wonderful as other reviewers have said, but I'm not sure how I'll find out. (I've given it one star for being truly fragrance-free.) I accept the pump problem might be a one-off, but the bottle's rigid design feels gimicky and a bit cynical overall. Is the plastic even recyclable? It's definitely impossible to squeeze or cut, so even when the pump dispenser does work there must be a lot of product left over which there's no way to reach (or see). The moisturizer is so thick that it won't drain from the bottle, even left upside-down overnight, so there will be a lot of waste. This makes the attractive price point rather less appealing and, for me, too much to pay for a failed experiment destined for landfill/incineration.

Lovely cream but terrible packaging
Lovely cream. Sits really nicely on the skin. Doesn’t look greasy at all. I wish it was a thicker cream though - it’s normal thickness I would say - not as rich as they describe. Also the pump has broken after just a few usages so I’m now unscrewing the top and trying to get the cream out manually.

Rich and comforting - perfect for night time
I bought this rich cream to use at night as I had been a bit overzealous with the acids to try and smooth my skin and it felt really sensitive and delicate. This is so nourishing and just a little bit goes a really long way. I love the lilac pack too. Super cute!

Wonderful Ingredients
I bought this along with the hydrating serum in this range. I had quite a lot of difficulty with the pump and passed this information back onto Cult Beauty whose customer service is excellent (thank you Natalie). I have now managed to actually use this cream and am VERY impressed, I love the transparent ingredient list and helpful guide as to what each ingredient is and why it is there. The price point is excellent given that it has Tri-Ceramides (not a cheap ingredient) and the addition of Shea extract and Bakuchoil is a perfect combination. No unwanted ingredients or potential irritants in this little beauty. I keep touching my face to feel how beautifully soft it feels. Well done CB for stocking such a good range - I hope they add more products in the future.

Really enjoy this product so far, been using for around 1 week, rich velvet texture that absorbs nicely, similar to cerave moisture cream but this one is cruelty free. The pump bottle a little faulty on second use it stopped working but manage to unscrew and use it like that.
