It’s okay
At this price it’s a bit of a no brainer to try this one. But for me sadly it wasn’t the most hydrating or rich cream. My skin would feel a little dry within a few hours of using this. I’m sure it works really well for other people with less dry skin though.

DOESN'T HELP DRY SKIN NOR PROTECT SKIN BARRIER
- The Packaging is poor, it stops pumping after the second use, and then you have to open it and tap it to get some out. This has happened every time i've bought this, and now finishing my 3rd bottle, its time for a change. - At first it was great, but now that colder months is here, my skin is drying out, I thought this would be able to aid in fixing the issue of my dry skin, but it does nothing. I'm not wanting to keep buying a product that only works seasonally. - Overall the claims of aiding skin barrier isn't definite for this brand, recommend trying other products

Great product mediocre packaging
The cream is so nice and hydrating but the packaging is so bad… I bought 2 moisturisers in 6 months both pumps stopped working after 2 uses. The serum dropper is also useless and the mister of their mist feel like you are taking a shows each time. Please fix your packaging 🥹😭

Great product, terrible packaging
I love this moisturiser! I have combination skin and it is perfect and for such a reasonable price. What is terrible is the pump!! It worked oer6for about 1 week and now it does not work at all so I use the pump to wipe product onto my hand. Sort it out Byoma!!

Great formula with terrible packaging
As many other people have noted, the pump stops working within a very short space of time. It's really disappointing as the cream itself is super hydrating and non irritating at a really great price point. I have the cleanser which is also a pump and does not have the same issues. The pump can be unscrewed if you encounter the same issue but it is not ideal.

Terrible packaging
This is a really good moisturiser but the pump doesn’t work. I’ve managed to scrape some of the product out of the bottle but the majority of it will be going in the bin. I thought mine might’ve been faulty but looking at the other reviews they all mention this problem. Do not buy.

Calming moisturiser in awful packaging
The moisturiser is very calming and hydrating, would rate it so much better if the packaging wasn’t so bad. After a short time, the pump completely stops working and had to open the bottle up to get any product out.

Lovely cream but disastrous pump!
I’ve loved this cream ever since I’ve bought it, absolutely lovely, very hydrating and sinks perfectly into the skin! However, I have not been able to use as much as I would like since the pump on this thing is an absolute horror: you keep pumping and pumping for minutes and nothing comes out up until a point where it all squirts everywhere… An absolute bummer. I’ve mostly been unscrewing the top in order to be able to use it, which is quite unsanitary.

Beautiful thick moisturiser with disappointing packaging
This moisturiser is one of the best I've tried so far, it ticks all the right boxes. My oily and flaky skin is left moisturised and protected after I use this. It's a real life saver when it comes to fending off the side effects you get from tretinoin-based acne treatments. The packaging is this products biggest letdown.. I spent the best part of 15 minutes trying to get this to work before I eventually opened it up and started slamming it against my hand to get some of it out. Really unhygenic. I think I'd prefer if this came in a normal tub with a little plastic scoop to get the product out.

So hydrating!
This is an extremely rich product. For my combination skin, I prefer to use it as a night cream, but do use it during the day when my skin is more on the dryer side. It melts into the skin beautifully and leaves me feeling hydrated, nourished, smooth, and with the most gorgeous glow! It really helps to even out my skin tone and helps to blur my imperfections. *I must admit, my pump does stop working sometimes. I unscrew the lid, give it good mix, shake it and this normally fixes the problem. A little annoying but I love the product, so I can deal with it.
