I'm really enjoying Briogeo's products, and this one is one I'll definitely be buying again. I only need to use one/two pea-sized amounts, and this covers my hair (I have long thick hair). I rub it into my hair when it's damp, and then blow-dry. I've noticed that my hair feels a little softer and is no longer a little frizzy after blow-drying. The front of my hairline was getting a little damaged near my parting, but after a few uses of this I've noticed the damage is starting to go away, which is great! Will definitely keep this as a staple, plus it smells great.

I really wanted to love this as their deep conditioner is to die for. Unfortunately I felt this cream was just a bit heavy for my curly hair when blow drying. There are definitely lighter heat protectants out there by the likes of olaplex for example.
