Not good for dry hair
This is not a bad shampoo per se, but I have long, fine and dry hair with highlights. This shampoo makes my hair feel extremely dry, so I have learned to use it with caution. I can only use it as a deep cleansing shampoo to wash out any oil treatments (I regularly use a mixture of coconut, Moroccan, avocado, castor and jojoba oil as an overnight treatment), or if I first use a pre-shampoo treatment (like the Philip Kingsley Elasticizer). Otherwise, even with a deep treatment/conditioner, my hair is a frizzy, dry, knotty mess! I won't be re-purchasing this one, but I will use up whatever I have left in my pump bottle.

Not good
My hair is dry but my scalp is very sensitive and I thought this moisturizing shampoo would be perfect for me. Sadly I don't find this moisturizing at all! I love a great smell, creamy consistency and how great it foams, but it leaves my hair so dry, tangly and makes my scalp itchy :(

Not for irritated scalps
My hair is normal but my scalp is dry and gets irritated very easily. This smelled nice and my hair was okay after using it BUT every time I used it my scalp felt like it was dying. Itchy, flaky and everything nasty. Would not repurchase. Would not use again even if I got it for free.

a total dissapointment
Super drying shampoo! I'll get back to my Oribe, but I must say it caused split ends, it made my hair look like a broom, even when I tried using a straightener. There must be a balance between moisture and protein, we all know that, but somehow this is not suitable for the type of hair indicated.

Really good
I like this shampoo. It smells nice, leaves my hair clean and hydrated, it doesn't irritate my scalp and comes also in a bigger size for saving some money.

Fantastic product
I have never spent so much money on a shampoo but it is worth every penny. Both my daughter and I use it. I have natural 4b afro hair and she has looser 3B curls and it works for us both. My hair feels less dry and softer.

I thought it would be amazing
I'm so disappointed the first time I used it, it made my hair so dry and I had so much knot in my hair! and then my husband used it...even he said it's making his hair really dry! I'm so disappointed cause it's not a cheap shampoo.
