Great as a brown mascara
I am quite fair with naturally dark blonde hair and blue eyes. I find black mascara far too harsh for my face but didn't really find a brown mascara that had the lift and curl of black mascaras... Until Benefit brought this bad boy out. It is long wearing and has all the benefits of a dramatic black mascara but isn't as harsh of a color. This is my HG, for sure. I've never used it as a primer but I bet it performs well. This doesn't dry firm like most mascaras, so it's also easy to build up. I just wish they didn't sell to China.
