I have been using Barbara sturm shampoo prior to this range, I initially used the normal shampoo which I found amazing, as that was out of stock I ordered the rich thinking it would be too rich for my hair. Boy I was wrong I have (used to be thick) frizz prone hair and wow since I have used this I noticed I have less frizz, my hair lasts longer before washes and even on day 3 it was looking as good as the day I washed it. It’s pricey but don’t hesitate to buy it, it changed my hair so much that everyone has been noticing how luscious my locks look.

Hydrating for fine hair
This shampoo has the consistency of a cream rather than a traditional formulation so I was a little worried it would weight down my rather fine tresses. It did however leave my hair really nicely hydrated with a lovely silky feel. Maybe not one for everyday use (Im a gym goer so wash daily) but a nice one to have to compliment a full weekly routine.

I probably didn’t want to like this shampoo because of the price point but as I love every AB product I use I guessed I’d love it. I absolutely do! It’s without doubt the best shampoo I’ve ever used. My hair feels soft after use yet holds its style. I would say the only down side is that for my very thick shoulder length hair I need to use quite a lot each time I shampoo so I’m finding a bottle only lasts 6 washes.

However the rich shampoo managed to give me that super clean feeling without drying or stripping my hair. And most impressively, kept my ends soft which is where so many others products have let me down. I also took it on holiday so when I say I really tested this product - I mean it ! Chlorine, Sea, Sun, Sand and I still got the same results. Impressive.
