Once or twice a week, after washing, apply the scrub to damp skin, massage in circular movements and then finish by rinsing with clean water.

Amazing
This is such a great product! It smells fantastic (if you are a honey lover) and it both exfoliates and nourishes the skin. My only complaint is that it runs out quickly, but even so I would repurchase.

Not hugely scrubby
Has a lovely floral honey scent, feels luxurious and leaves my skin soft. However it's not a super 'scrubby' scrub, so I don't know how well it'll help me prevent ingrown hairs and the like

Smells amazing
The smell is amazing and it really moisturises the skin, if your skin is not too dry you can get away with not using lotion after, but it’s not exfoliating enough in my opinion, the scrubbing particles are weak and sparse. So if you want intense exfoliation this is not for you.
