Great for adding volume to fine curls

I love the entire JVN haircare range but this product is a must for myself. I have fine, 2B/2C hair and I add a couple of pumps in the roots of my hair whilst it is still damp and once diffused, it retains so much volume. If I use the right amount, it doesn't leave residue in my hair like I often find with other volumising products. I will say that I usually follow with adding a little more of a conditioning product to my ends as it separates my curls and I prefer more of a defined look on my ends.

Amazing Product

Since working this foam into my routine I’ve got so many compliments about how voluminous my curls look. I scrunch a couple pumps into my roots once I’ve added all my products and it gives me such a lift once I’ve diffused my hair. I will say that something in the formula separates my curl clumps a little more but I love the effect that it gives.

Worst hair product ever!

This product has wrecked my hair. I bought it to replace my regular mousse, which has unfortunately been discontinued. I recently bought 2 other products from this brand and loved them so was really excited to find they also had a mousse in their range. I washed my hair yesterday and used it for the first time and was horrified - it turned my hair into a sticky, tuggy, tangled mess! It was almost impossible to dry my hair as it had become so knotted I couldn't get a brush through it and even once it was finally dry my fingers kept getting stuck. So I had to go back in the shower and re-wash my hair with a clarifying shampoo (twice!) and it still hasn't removed the product completely so my hair is still more tuggy and knotted than usual. I also lost a lot of hair trying to get it dry as it kept snapping off. Awful product. Would advise everyone to avoid!

Gives gentle hold without crunch

I really like this product! It feels so weightless and invisible in my hair, but is definitely holding a blow-dry longer than it would without it! I previously tried the Sam McKnight blow-dry foam and loved the concept but it left my hair quite sticky and messy, and I didn't love the smell, so when I saw this I had high hopes that it would do what I wanted without those drawbacks, and it does! I blow-dry my hair with a hot brush - previously Babylis air styler, now Dyson airwrap - and while it gives a nice style, it seems to drop out by the next day, but with this foam it lasts much longer, without giving any stickiness or crunch. I like the light texture, it's lighter and more airy that a typically mousse which I think helps with the end result in my hair!

Love the whole range

I’ve gone through several of the shampoo and conditioner of this range and as I have thin hair I thought I would try the mousse. It’s excellent for volume but less is more with this product! It can get quite sticky in the hair if you use too much.
