Terms & Conditions: Hush x Cult Beauty Competition
How to win
1. Click the link from the “Win a £500 HUSH voucher competition” promotional email or promotional advert on the Cult Beauty website (www.cultbeauty.co.uk) which will take you to the Cult Beauty competition landing page https://www.cultbeauty.co.uk/c/brands/cult-beauty/hush-partnership/;and
2. Insert your name and email address into the data capture box on the competition landing page to be entered into the competition.
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.
Opening and closing dates
Entries open at 09:01 BST on 20 May 2025 and close at 23:59 BST on 2 June 2025 (“Closing Date”). Any entries submitted after the Closing Date will not be counted.
Only one entry per person.
Who can enter
Entrants must be aged 18 or over and resident in the UK (excluding Northern Ireland).
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
You are not permitted to enter the competition if you are an employee of the Promoter or the Prize Provider, their direct family member or agent, or if you are otherwise professionally connected with the competition.
Prize
There will be one winner. The prize for the winner will be a £500 voucher to be used on the Hush website (www.hush-uk.com) (“Prize”).
The Prize can only be redeemed on hush-uk.com website and is valid for 12 months from the date the winner receives the Prize via email.
The Prize can be used on sale/ discounted items and towards delivery charges or in conjunction with any other non-sale offers, discounts, promotions or codes (including student discount), however cannot be used on purchases on any other medium including at any HUSH concession or store, or any third party website. The Prize can be redeemed in multiple transactions. No minimum spend required.

The Prize is provided by Hush Homewear LTD (company no 04791362) of Maritime House Old Town, Clapham, London, England, SW4 0JW (“Prize Provider”).
Any queries in relation to the Prize must be directed to the Prize Provider.
The Prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives to the Prize will be offered and the Prize is not transferable.
If for any reason the Prize is unavailable the Prize Provider reserves the right at its absolute discretion to substitute a similar prize of equivalent or greater value.
How is the winner selected?
The winner will be selected in a random draw of all eligible entries on 4 June 2025 (“Selection Date”).
The winner will be notified by email by the Prize Provider within 26 days of the Selection Date and will be given details of how to accept the Prize.
Failure by the winner to accept the Prize in the manner specified within 14 days of the Prize Provider’s notification will make any claim invalid and the Promoter and Prize Provider reserve the right to select another winner (again selected randomly in a draw) from all remaining eligible entries.
Data Protection
The Promoter and Prize Provider collect and use personal data to be able to conduct the competition, as is necessary for the Promotor and Prize Provider to be able to perform their agreement with you and in order to comply with their legal obligations, including to select the winners, deliver the prizes and publish the results (as required by advertising regulations). The Promotor and Prize Provider will only send you marketing messages if you indicate that you consent (e.g. by "opting-in") to receiving such messages. By choosing to opt-in to receive communications from Cult Beauty or the Prize Provider, you will be indicating that you consent to receiving marketing messages to your email in respect of similar products and services. You may opt out of receiving further marketing at any time.

Other
By entering the competition, the winner grants to the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty free right to use the winner’s name, social media handle and image in any promotional material throughout the world in any media.
The winner agrees that the Promoter may disclose their name to other entrants of the competition.
This competition is governed by the laws of England and Wales and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Court.
