Thanks to Ameliorate's unique LaH6 Skin Hydrating Complex, this powerhouse manages to replenish moisture levels while still delivering on exfoliation, thanks to an infusion of shea and cocoa butters, and coconut oil to deeply moisturise skin for up to eight hours. At the same time, biodegradable bamboo granules work physically to smooth rough skin while alpha-hydroxy therapy works chemically - both effectively sloughing away dead skin cells with ease and encouraging new, healthy skin cells to come to the fore, revealing a naturally radiant complexion. What's more, it even promises to help with keratosis pilaris so you can work your way (gently) towards even, smooth and moisturised skin from head to toe.
Use 2-3 times weekly. Massage into DRY skin before showering or bathing. Leave on the skin for a few minutes to ensure the product works to its optimum before rinsing off. For progressive improvement in skin texture and condition follow with AMELIORATE Transforming Body Lotion.
WARNINGS: If irritation occurs discontinue use immediately. Avoid contact with eyes. If the product gets into eyes, rinse well with warm water immediately.

Good amount of product in the tube. This is a personal preference, but I would rather have an exfoliator that I could use in the shower rather than putting on dry skin. I'm not sure I've noticed a dramatic difference in my skin.

Still haven’t quite worked it out. Seems good for ingrown,  but quite abrasive for KP

Good on sensitive skin
I have sensitive skin and occasional eczema on my legs. I am very careful when it comes to exfoliant or scrubs in general as they always just feel too harsh. I like this one because it's relatively gentle but effective. I can control how much or how long I use it on my skin before washing it off in shower. It's helpful on areas my skin tends to get congested i.e. around my knees and elbows. It didn't cause any irritation at all and I was being careful.

Super exfoliator
This has to be the simplest exfoliator that I have ever used. Smooth onto dry skin and shower off, rinses away easily and doesn’t leave a residue. Love the smell and I often give my elbows an extra treatment over the bathroom sink as it’s so simple.
