Massage in to transform the bamboo charcoal-infused formula into a rich lather, lifting away the unwanted minerals that can leave lengths feeling limp and lacklustre. Oat protein restores softness and shine, while licorice root extract helps to stimulate growth to counteract any hard water-induced hair fall. Lactic acid infuses strands with hydration and boosts strength to leave strands feeling less fragile, super soft and totally weightless.
Massage a small handful onto wet hair and scalp. Work into a rich lather. Rinse well. Follow with Hard Water Conditioner for best results.

Softer and shinier hair!
I bought this for my Mum as she was complaining that the hard water was making her hair brittle and dry. She loves it! She says her hair and scalp feel healthier and her hair is definitely softer with more since. I have also tried it and definitely see a difference even with just one wash.Â

Good shampoo but unfortunately not a miracle product
I was hoping this would be the answer to my flaky scalp (I think caused by hard water) but it hasn’t been. It does however, feel like a good shampoo and is lasting us quite a while (bought 2 months ago and we are 2/3 through with two of us using it). The packaging is also very aesthetically pleasing and looks great in the bathroom.Â

Helps damaged hair
I've seen a noticeable difference with hair breakage/fallout since using this shampoo. London water is so hard and drying and I have curly unruly hair. This combined with the conditioner really help

A repurchase for me
I originally tried this on a Black Friday discount as was previously put off by the price. Really like the product, great packaging, cleans well, hair looks healthy after use. Still avoid paying full price but happy to repurchase!
