A good choice
Always use vit c eye cream in the morning, this one does really well underneath makeup, spreads and sinks in well.

Always use vit c eye cream in the morning,this one is very hydrating, spreads and sinks in really well and is goos under makeup. In regards to dark circles don`t think it makes a difference but i haven`t found one that does.
