Twist the end to load the brush, then apply a couple of strokes to the back of your hand to spread the colour and remove any excess. Start in the middle of the upper lid (just above the pupil) then draw towards the outer corner of the eye before continuing the line towards the inner. Fill in any gaps then go over the line to even out any irregularities and increase the intensity of the colour.
