What smells like molten chocolate cake and contains 18 updated and modernised high-pigment, cocoa-hued shadows? That would be Too Faced’s Better Than Chocolate Cocoa-Infused Eye Shadow Palette. Indulge your cravings and fall in love at first ‘bite’ with these ultra-creamy, rich shadows that add a pop of colour to your lids for a truly decadent look. From velvety mattes to sugary shimmers and melted metallics, you can mix and match to your heart’s content and create everything from super-wearable everyday looks to dramatic, smokey eyes that are sure to melt the coldest of hearts into a chocolatey puddle.
Prime eyelid with a pea-size amount of eye primer using a clean fingertip or a flat eye shadow brush. Define the crease with a matte shade using a fluffy blending brush. Place brush tip in the crease starting from the outer corner and lightly buffing to the inner corner. Layer for colour intensity.

Stunning warm palette
I have a lot of eye palettes but the beautiful soft warm shades and interesting pops of colour in this one (along with the chocolate scent!) hugely appealed to me. I was struck by how strong the scent was upon opening which was a really lovely experience and the packaging is strong and expensive looking. The matte shades are some of the softest, most buttery shadows I’ve ever used and they apply and blend beautifully. The shimmers are very pretty but my only slight warning would be that they are a little more chunky and more like toppers. Would definitely recommend though, you can create some very pretty eye looks.Â
