Gift for boyfriend
4Bought this for my boyfriend for Christmas as he’s a gym-goer who’s always complaining of sore muscles. It works wonders and is really good to realise any tension after a workout. Only downside is I think the lowest setting is too powerful for someone smaller.Â

Small but powerful
5Got the mini version to save money and space in my tiny flat. The machine is powerful and does the job well, good battery life as well. I use it after strenuous workouts.

Well worth the money!
5Was having some issues with my back and shoulders and was going to masseuse every other week, thought I'd invest and it has truly made wonders! Helps reduce pain everywhere instantly, even after workouts it's glorious! It's just the right size, comes with an UK and EU plug so I can use it abroad as well!

Little hero
5I got this as I have really bad issues with my right shoulder and upper back (due to an old sporting injury) and it has been a godsend! I have also been using it on my shins before and after running and it has massively helped with any pain. I am totally in love with this little device and would recommend it to anyone. Fantastic for recovery too! If you don’t want to splurge on the big one, this one is amazing! (P.S. use on the soles of your feet!)

Not what I expected
3I was really excited to try this, and did quite a bit of research before I decided to go ahead and buy it. Sadly, I don’t think I understood the extent of the impact the vibrations make! It’s great to use on the lower half of the body, but anywhere near the shoulders/upper back, it honestly makes me feel like vertigo is about to set in, makes me really dizzy and is super uncomfortable even in its lowest setting. This was really disappointing because I specifically wanted it for upper back issues.

Brilliant
4I bought it for my boyfriend as he is always complaining of pain, and this really helps him. The only reason this loses a star is that the grip could be better, and it is pricey. But the benefits certainly outweigh the negatives. It gives a great recovery massage after a workout. Just plotting ways to steal it back now.

Amazing!
5After extensive research, I requested this for an xmas present to ease my muscles after a work out. What I didn't expect was that it would drastically improve my shoulder which has been troublesome for about two months. I thought it may have been an injury, but the morning after its first use, I have no pain there - Amazing! It's weird to use - a strong sensation which goes right through you! Don't expect a spa-like relaxing massage, but it leaves you feeling great, and, more importantly, it works.

Excellent
5My god this is good. I use it after aerial and gymnastics when I’m exhausted and achy, and I honestly feel like new after and like I could start again. The app that goes with it takes forever to load as it keeps trying to sync with the theragun (this model can’t sync) but once you’re in the programs are varied and useful. Pick your body area or activity (there are also sleep and travel options) and it times you and shows you exactly where to use the gun. A charge lasts a good few weeks as you only need to use it for a few minutes at a time. It’s easy to hold and manoeuvre and small enough to take out with you. I bought from cult beauty as they regularly do discount codes and goody bags, but this is actually worth buying full price. Will definitely be getting my money’s worth from this.
