Mattifying
4Really mattifying and excellent value for money. The only reason it’s not 5 stars for me is that it seems to react badly with some other serums and can leave a white residue.

Can cause redness, be careful
3My skin type is oily and I guess I was making the mistake of applying more than a pea-sized amount, as it caused a lot of redness and dryness. If you have sensitive skin too, I think it's better to stick with the 10% Niacinamide that inkey list has.

Good value
5I was looking for a more affordable option to my usual niacinamide product and this is well worth the money. I've only been using for a while but think I almost prefer this to the much more expensive option and will definitely repurchase. I like the texture, product applies and spreads easily, absorbing quickly into the skin. Would recommend to anyone looking for a more potent niacinamide product.

Really effective
5I was a bit worried that 20% might be too strong but it's lovely on my combination skin. I am definitely seeing less breakouts.

Great product, poor packaging
3After all the hype about Niacinamide, I started with Paulas choice niacinamide 10% serum. I didnt like the formulation . It was too watery and not easy to apply. For the price point, I was happy to try the InkeyList 20% formula. I am a fan of the gel formula. It was so easy to apply. When am layering the serum, I just made sure the different layers dry-out completely before apply another product. As such I did not experience piling at all. My biggest problem is the formula. I felt cheated. The bottle was full of air. It was difficult to dispense the right amount of the product as I had to fight with the air. Am so convinced my tube was not 30mls at., with the amount of air that had to come out everytime. Overall, its a great product but poor packaging

Keeps me matte
5I have really started struggling with oily skin shining through my make up as I get older- this really keeps it at bay and lets me stay looking fresh and matte for at least twice as long as before.
