Great hydrating cleanser
4The balm-like texture of the cleanser makes this very pleasant to use, as well as the beautiful scent. It's very gentle and my skin feels clean, but hydrated after use. Slightly confusingly it says use over eye area but avoid direct contact with eyes. I imagine this means it can remove eye make up but don't get it into your eyes. Personally I find it can slightly irritate the eye area so I use a separate cleanser for eye make up. This is a minor point though as it is a very good cleanser.

Lovely cleanser
5This is a really lovely cleanser. I have dry and sensitive skin and this leaves it feeling beautifully smooth and clean. The texture of this cleanser is gorgeous and it emulsifies with water to rinse away without residue. My only criticism is the packaging as you can’t tell how much is left in the bottle.

My favourite cleanser
5This is hands down my favourite balm cleanser! A beautiful texture and consistency, removes all makeup/SPF, leaves skin feeling nourished and glowing! Truly the Ultimate!

Lovely Makeup Melting Cleanser
4It smells clean and herbal. My husband doesn’t like the smell but what does he know? I love the pump dispenser in a world of tub cleansing balms. It’s soft and very effective at removing makeup. I do double cleanse when wearing makeup so I follow up with either a salicylic acid based cleanser or a barrier nurturing cleanser. It doesn’t break me out (which I can be prone to) but it does rather sting the eyes when removing eye makeup. Directions say ‘avoid direct contact with eyes’ but also says it removes ‘make-up, including waterproof mascara.’ I imagine they’re saying don’t stick it straight into your eye but it’s inevitably going to get in your eyes if it’s designed to remove eye makeup. The stinging doesn’t last long and I think I’ve got used to it after a month. It is my new go to cleansing balm. The results are good and the packaging and pump solution is perfect.

The BEST cleanser
5Having tried so many cleansers over the year this is my favourite by far - feels and smells super luxurious but most of all it really does feel like it removes all the dirt and make up from your face. Far less breakouts since I have been using this product. Expensive, and doesn't last more than 3 months but worth every penny.

Excellent product
5really, really clean skin results from this product - cleanest ever. It is very effective, gentle yet thorough, with a lovely scent that I can't quite identify but which is addictive. It is the best cleanser I have ever used. Thank you
