White cast
2I love Ren's ethics, but this product is not for me. My skin tone is cinnamon and this leaves a dreaded white cast, which takes hours to fade. My husband remarked on it - that's how obvious it is. The texture is ok (I find mattifying creams like Helios drag on my skin) and the smell is lovely, but this one is not for me.

Not great
2This cream feels like suncream and feels like it would offer really good protection. Due to the mineral filters, I didn't get any stinging or watering eyes as I do with synthetic SPFs. However, although this is initially thick and it dries down quickly to a matt finish, it leaves a very odd tackiness to the skin which affected the way my foundation applied, making it appear cakey. For this reason, it's not an option for me.

5I love this product! It feels great on my skin. Most sunscreens make my skin feel really greasy and heavy. But this one is super light and has a matte finish which I love!

Not good enough
3I got a sample that lasted me for 4 days of use. It does leave a white cast but not very dramatic - i have a light complexion and it was ok for me under makeup. However, this dries very very fast - you can't spread and rub it in well due to that. It also makes the skin look dry and tight under the foundation which is not usual for me cause I have oily skin. Even with my natural oils, till the very end of the day, my face looked too dry and stiff if that makes sense. I won't purchase the full size.

I don't understand the hate on this?
4I'm trying to only use clean brands and coral safe formulas so I had to give this one a go! I really like this SPF, obviously, it is a mineral SPF so you may experience a little bit of a white cast which is easily fixed by a drop of bronzing oil, or with a pump of the foundation for a little bit of coverage at the same time, I love to do this on my "no-makeup makeup" days, I have combo acne-prone and sensitive skin and I'm glad to say that it has not broken me out or made me overly shiny throughout the day.

An average product
3I am very pale, but I am still experiencing some white cast with this product. It is also quite drying - probably not the best for drier complexions. I would quite like it if it was half the price but from a sunscreen this expensive I expect something better.

Horrible white cast
2After doing so much research I thought this would be a decent option. However, it leaves such a horrible white cast! Very disappointed. It also dries too quickly so you can’t even work it into the skin well.

Not good
1I wanted to love this suncream after doing so much research to find a good one. However unfortunately it leaves a white cast and almost dries too quick leaving you unable to rub it in fully. I also got congestion spots/ acne on my forehead after using it for a couple of days. That being said, I could not fault Cult Customer Service at all with the way the situation was handled!.

5LOVE IT! Great product. Best face suncream I have used, plus it's Vegan and Cruelty-free which is so hard to find!

It’s ok.
4It’s difficult to find a mineral sunscreen with no white cast so I appreciate the effort but it still does leave me looking a little bit ashy (I’m mixed race). Good on my oily skin hadn’t broken me out as others have.
