Using for a while now and it makes all the difference!
It's now been two months of solidly using these and it really has made a difference to my ibs. While it hasn't gone away and still needs managing of course. My tight stomach and persistent bloating has reduced dramatically from taking these. I generally feel much more comfortable and also find some food don't upset my stomach as badly as they did before.
