Great bargain
I have tried out couple of different oil-based cleansers and this one is my second most favourite (after Farmacy's Green Clean). It emulsifies nicely, feels good and hydrating and the price is hard to believe. Love it and will be repurchasing it!

Just nice
I have been using this as a first cleanse in the evening to remove makeup. I am 42 & have combination skin with a shiny t-zone & slightly dehydrated cheeks. This is a very gentle balm with no noticeable fragrance. I feel it would be great to use if you have very sensitised/reactive skin & need a plain soothing cleanser that won’t irritate you. It takes a decent amount of makeup off but you definitely need to double cleanse as there is always some foundation left after 1 cleanse with this. It’s a good basic cleanser, it doesn’t excite me & I don’t look forward to using it like I do my Medik8 cleanser but it does a job. Not sure I would rush to repurchase but it’s a good price & a good amount of product that does a decent job.

Love it
Great make-up remover! I use is as a first step in my double cleanse. It removes my makeup better than micellar water. My skin also feels softer after every use. Will definitely keep buying this

Love it but bad packaging
I've used this twice now and it feels amazing on my dehydrated, congested/acne skin! I use it as a first cleanse and my skin feels so soft afterwards. I also love the consistency of the product. However... the packaging is AWFUL - every time I have to squeeze the bottle so hard to even get a tiny amount of product out, and the first time I used it the top of the bottle split so I had to put tape to seal it back together! If this were in a pot it would be so much better!

Oat cleansing balm
Love this cleanser! My skin doesn't feel stripped and feels super moisturised!! I also love the fact it can be used as a mask. Forever a The Inkey List fan.

An amazing first cleanse
Love this product! It really does melt away make-up and leave my skin feeling soft and nourished. I think the formula is perfect for people with dry/sensitive skin but it may leave someone with oily skin feeling a bit congested as it does leave a greasy film on the skin. HOWEVER this could also be avoided so long as you use this as a FIRST step in your cleansing routine. For reference, I follow this up with a milk cleanser (also on this website).

Love it
Love it. Last long (mine lasted 1.5 months), my skin feels clean, soft and nourished. I use it as a first step in my double cleanse and follow with the Salicylic cleanser. Great stuff, on my second lot now.

Unpleasant
Difficult to get out of tube when first using (don't buy this if you have any dexterity or grip issues). It does soften with repeated use, but then it has a tendency to seperate, so every now and then you end up with a pool of oil on your hands instead of the product. I could forgive all of that if it were a good cleanser, but it's not. I have dry skin, so it should be ideal. But it's greasy, leaves an unpleasant film on my skin, doesn't remove make up particularly well (I only use light coverage base & eyeliner, and it struggles to remove them), and it's left my skin quite congested.

Not 'amazing'
I was quite disappointed with this cleanser, to be honest. It didn't do a good job of removing my eye makeup at all and when I was squeezing the product out of the tube, it was so hard that air burst at the top of the tube and the product came out. I think the packaging should be reviewed as the product is too hard for the packaging that's been chosen. I think I will continue to use it on days that I have no makeup on.
