To get the best benefits from Collagen Shots take daily, ideally half an hour before going to sleep at night, this is when cells are renewing. I’ve been drinking this first thing in the morning with some milk which makes a fabulous fruity milkshake. You can whisk it up so it’s lovely and fluffy. I’ve noticed a huge improvement in my skin, hair and nails. I’ve also noticed an improvement in the firmness of my skin but I have been working out more recently so maybe it is the combination of the two. I’ve missed the odd day taking it which made it last a bit longer so technically you could stretch the use of the packet over 2 months making it a bit more affordable. Great product!

Unsure if worth the price
I’ve been using this product for 2 weeks now and not sure if there’s much of a difference in my skin. It’s very expensive for a month supply so will definitely be finishing it and hoping to see if I change my mind about buying it again. I took it for one week at night and another week first thing in the morning before eating and both seemed to work the same.

I think this is a fantastic product. I have been taking this for a while and can see and feel the improvement in my hair, nails and skin. I also feel like this aids my recovery after exercising. Really like this collagen, I've tried a number of other brands but this one is by far the best for me.
