It's really good and does indeed save your hair after getting it bleached at the hairdressers. However I don't think you need to use it every week when your hair is not damaged so I save it for when I need it. I also find it makes my hair a bit puffy when I use it when I don't need it. I think I slightly prefer the newer versions from Living Proof and K2 which are also a bit easier to use ie you just put them in after washing rather than having to have time to mask.

Olaplex bonding 3 works instantly. I use a generous amount on damp unwashed hair snd leave for 5/10mins. Then wash off, shampoo then hair conditioner. Results are instant as I have blond long hair with fluffy ends. This product definitely smooths/bonds - guaranteed
