It didn’t do anything for me personally. I loved their shampoo and conditioner. But this product was meh.

It’s hard to know if it works because you can’t see instant results like you do from a conditioning treatment, this slowly improves your hair over time. I’ve used a fair few of these but have moved onto Philip Kingsley to try & compare how well each do to repair.
