Love this moisturiser

4 stars out of a maximum of 5

Has a lovely texture and feels very luxurious on the skin. Initially had a problem with redness near my eyes when using this (despite not putting it under my eyes) but this cleared up and I love this moisturiser. It is expensive but lasts a long time as you don’t need to use much

Great for really dry skin

5 stars out of a maximum of 5

I tend to get dry flaky spots around my mouth and nose, and have more sensitive skin. This is a fab moisturiser made my skin feel hydrate but also felt refreshingly cold on the skin.

Didn’t sink in

3 stars out of a maximum of 5

I really wanted to love this moisturiser. I like Drunk Elephant products, and this moisturiser is packed with great ingredients. I like the packaging and how it uses an airless pump so no dipping fingers into the pot.  The moisturiser didn’t sting, wasn’t greasy, but it felt like it left a bit of a film on my face, like didn’t sink in. It wasn’t very pleasant

Great product

4 stars out of a maximum of 5

I actually love the ingredients in this. Great peptides, EGF. Consistency is gorgeous. Applies beautifully but unfortunately it has some ingredient in it that breaks me out. Can’t pinpoint what the ingredient is but I keep going back to it because especially for fine lines, the ingredients are amazing, but unfortunately it breaks me out every time

Favorite daytime cream

If they created a jumbo size, I would purchase it. I have dry skin and love this product! I wouldn’t use it at night but perfect for the day

Must Have

5 stars out of a maximum of 5

I have sensitive skin and prone to spots but this gel like product isn’t too heavy and does not break me out. I’ve repurchased on a number of occasions now and will continue to repurchase. I like keeping it in the fridge, especially in the summer months. If you want something richer then I’d say go for the Retro Whip which I do tend to transition to in the winter.

Great face cream

I use this day and night, it’s not too thick but you can see the difference once you have used this

Not good for sensitive skin

3 stars out of a maximum of 5

My skin is quite sensitive and this moisturiser makes it red and slightly swollen the next morning. Also, it leaves a slight white cast on my skin as though it doesn’t really absorb into it, just leaves a garish white cast. If you have sensitive skin I advise going for the lala retro one instead
