Hold the brush wand horizontally. Press the inner-curved side into the root of the lashes and pull upwards. Use the outer-curved side and wiggle the bristles from side to side, base to tip, to separate, lift and define. Use the tip of the wand to coat the inner and outer corners, and lower lash line for precise application.

Best ever
This is hands down the best mascara I have ever used. My eyes get watery very easily and most mascaras just bleed all over my under eye area. I then found tartallete from tarte (also a great mascara) which most definitely does not budge, but the brush itself was just not very compatible with my lashes. I then ordered this mascara and I am stoked by the result. The brush itself is fantastic, you can put one layer for a more natural, casual look or stack it as much as you want to get a more exaggerated look. It doesn’t move at all, I put it on my lower lashes as well, lasts all day without any issues, no bleeding, it doesn’t move. Fyi I have long, but very straight lashes - this mascara even manages to curl them a bit. Love it, by far the best mascara I have used (and I have gone through A LOT of the staples out there).

A bit disappointing
There’s so much hype about this mascara but it’s far from great. It does make my lasher fuller but there are so many mascaras out there that do that without clumping like this one. Be prepared that this mascara will go off quickly, product keeps building up at the top of the tube and doesn’t separate my lashes as well as I would like. Not worth the money
