Handy for exercise during breaks
5I keep this in my home office and do some resistance training between calls. Very easy to use. Great piece of equipment that you can feel working.Â

Quality
5Have just received thus and can not wait to give it a go properly. I have a background in fitness and can tell straight off that thus is a quality product, which if used correctly will give some decent results due to the resistance of the band. Looking forward to it amd will do an update review in a week or two.

My favourite!
5The best P.volve piece of equipment in my opinion. Great for engaging pelvic floor (post-pregnancy), legs and glutes. Ball can be used on It’s own like a Pilates ball and band like a am string exercise band to train glutes and legs.

Useless
2The is looked like it was going to be a great piece of equipment and I was excited to use it. However, P-volve platform for classes is useless. The app is awful and the classes from the website aren’t great either. I have to stream it to my TV but the screen is still really small. I also found the classes boring and didn’t feel any benefits. Not worth the money.
