4Great for the warmer months especially if you suffer with breakouts. Skin feels clean and soft without feeling tight. I use this as a second cleanse.

Dream cleanser
5I know it’s pricey but some things are worth it! This cleanser goes on like a dream and cleanses your skin really well. Doesn’t leave my skin feeling tight or dry.

Nice luxury product
4This thick, warming, balm provides a really effective cleanse, that nourishes skin and leaves it looking great. It doesn't get 5 stars though because it can get messy leaving black marks everywhere, which is fine, but somehow tarnishes the luxury experience.

Pure Luxury
5I love cleansing balms and this one is no exception. Firstly, the packaging is gorgeous and feels luxurious. It smells like a spa and has a smell that instantly relaxes me. A little really goes a long way. This product completely removes every ounce of makeup and dirt from my skin. Afterward, my skin is 100% clean, it feels soft, smooth, brighter, and hydrated. This is definitely going to be a constant re-purchase! *highly recommend using a cloth to remove, as rinsing with water will not do the job.

Disappointed
1I got this as a sample and thanks to that I avoided buying it and being disappointed. Was so excited to try it but this doesn’t even remove a regular mascara and leaves an oily finish. Also it broke me out just after two uses! takes a lot of work to remove it, as I can’t stand it on my face. I really don’t understand the hype. Even the terrible Eve Lom cleanser is better than this product! still can’t find a luxury balm cleanser and will stick with my biore serum which is waaaay cheaper and works much better! love other products from this brand though.
