The Replica Under the Lemon Tree Eau De Toilette is a snapshot in time – a bottled memory of ‘relaxing and bright lemon’, made with sharp, intense top notes of citrussy kalamansi flavour accord and petitgrain essence with spicy, earthy cardamom essence. Fresh middle notes of coriander essence and green tea extract delicately dance with fresh, woody, smooth base notes of cedarwood essence, citrus absolute and musks. Beautifully androgynous and available in two different sizes – 100ml and an exclusive 30ml – you never have to be without your favourite fragrance or treasured memory.
Start by spraying it on your pulse points: behind the ears, wrists, ankles. It will rise in spirals around your body. Then spray a scent halo around your neck, head and hair.

Lovely summer scent
This is my favourite Margiela fragrance by far. It’s fresh and zingy and perfect for summer spritzing. A true lift me up smell!  My only niggle is it doesn’t last, but then most lemon type fragrances don’t I suppose.Â

Lovely, natural fragrance but not for me
I’m a huge fan of MMM’s Replica fragrances and have a good sized collection. I really liked this on the test strip, and it’s beautiful on fabric, but sadly, it just doesn’t work with my chemistry. It turns very sour and completely different to the clean, bright on paper. It’s such a shame, but some things just don’t work out.Â

Intoxicating
I bought this for myself after a long, long hunt for a scent. I'm very fussy with perfume as I don't like anything too musky or too floral/ feminine. This is wonderfully unisex, fresh, citrusy and stays on for a long time. One of my favourites, alongside Tom Ford Portofino - but that's way too expensive.

The perfect spring scent
This genuinely is the perfect spring/summer scent if you’re not big on floral scents like me. It is the ultimate citrus perfume, its so fresh and bright but also doesnt mimic the smell of cleaning products like I find a lot of citrus perfumes sometimes  can. I get so many people asking what I’m wearing when I wear this

Not for me
I had higher hopes for this. It's very 'green' and turns a bit sour on my skin. There's no lemon in this perfume and it's nothing as I expected. I hoped it would be fresh, clean and luxurious. Unfortunately, it's none of those things. Sadly, where I would hope other Replica scents that I love would last longer, this one really does. For a citrus, that's fairly unusual. It's not for me, but others love it. It's just not working with my chemistry.Â

Favourite scent in the range
Having previously purchased the taster set of the range of Replica fragrances, I was completely surprised that this ended up being my favourite. Don’t be out off by the title. Somehow it is citrusy and fresh yet the other notes come through as the fragrance settles and it is absolutely beautiful. Also it is the first time I have received so many compliments on a fragrance. Long lasting. Highly recommend.
