Apply 30 minutes before exposure and re-apply frequently and generously every two hours to maintain protection especially after swimming, perspiring or towelling. Avoid exposure to the sun during the hottest hours of the day. Keep children under 3 out of the sun and ensure they are wearing a hat, t-shirt and sunglasses.

One of my favourite spf mists. It is not stinging in the eyes. Easy to reapply, non-greasy and lightweight.

Greasy on the skin but does it's job and a brand I trust. I'm sure there are more affordable options that sit better on the skin though.

Don’t bother
It leaves your skin feeling sticky and greasy! And it’s hard to get it off even with body wash. Horrible.Â

Stained swimwear badly.
I bought this for my child who has eczema prone skin. In terms of protection it worked fine however it stained all his swimwear so badly that I had to throw it away. An expensive mistake here.Â

Not invisible!
I have bought others la Roche posay mists that truly is invisible on the skin, but this version isn’t I’m sorry to say. Bought it for use on the go to top up my spf when I’m out and over makeup. Maybe I’ve got a bad one I don’t know? But it looks like paint on the skin. - if you don’t have makeup on you can blend it in with a bit of work, but I wouldn’t recommend it over makeup.Â
