This conditioner is really good and I also love the Shampoo. I’ve definitely noticed a difference since using both after moving to a hard water area. My only negative is the unfortunate packaging. The ‘nozzle’ on mine always seem to get lodged with product. I also find that I end up wasting a lot of product at the end due to the pump and straw not sucking up the last of the product. I think it’s just due to the thickness of the conditioner and the packaging, as the shampoo seems okay.
