Working to lift, lengthen, curl, volumise and separate lashes, (phew!), the next-gen brush features intelligent ‘zigzag’ bristles that latch onto even the teeniest of hairs – strategically working to fan them out with intense definition. Jet black and long-lasting, the brush even boasts a magnetically charged core to draw lashes out – creating extreme, extended, extension-like length. You should also know that the formula is totally smudge-proof, so you can rub your eyes in disbelief as many times as you’d like (though we wouldn’t recommend it…).
Hold the wand horizontally and give the brush a wiggle from side to side and base to tip, to achieve maximum volume, length and lift. Hold the wand vertically and stroke upward to curl and separate. Layer generously, as you wish.

Fabulous mascara
Perfect mascara after my lashes grew long after using revitalash (10 stars). Not so good on short lashes, preferred Benefit roller curl before they grew longer when they needed more umph. All of the benefit mascaras are better or as good as Chanel, Estee, Dior, Nars etc I have tried them all. Best advice I can give is to try a lash conditioner rather keep looking for a miracle mascara.

Smudgy and clumpy
I really like the original 'they're real' mascara, but this one makes my eyelashes clump together and doesn't make them look any longer than other mascaras. It's also super smudgy, I had to wipe away black from under my eyes throughout the day. I got it in a goodie bag and definitely won't be buying it.

Seriously my all-time favorite mascara
I've tried several other products in my day, but I always come back to this one. Even after months of use, it still volumizes just as well as it did on day one, as opposed to some mascaras which go dry after just a month or two. This lifts and adds all the drama to your lashes, and keeps them that way all day.

Meh
I am so confused by all the 5 star reviews. I got this as part of my goody bag and was very excited to try it out. It’s not great? I’m not sure if I’m applying it wrong or what but it’s not like the original at all. It transfers so easily and doesn’t give much length. I’m glad I did not buy the full size. The original ‘they’re real’ is the best mascara in my opinion. I will stick to it.

Would not repurchase
This provides a dramatic effect on the lashes. It's great for that evening out when you want black thick lashes. But the result is not feathery. The lashes clump and stick together. Feels a bit heavy on the eyes. Not my personal favourite look.
