Love that they are rounded and kind of comfortable. I will need to google what exercises to do with them though, it would have been helpful if it came with a link to a workout you can do to fully get the benefit out of them. 

These are really nice yoga blocks, my only complaint is that they're much bigger (and heavier) than I anticipated 

What a great tool to add to my workout. Using them flat side up means I engage other muscles to help me balance. Love them! Small enough to store away neatly too.

I was sceptical at how good these would be - I have normal yoga blocks - but I was very nicely surprised by these. Firstly, flat side on the floor their highest point is pretty much a yoga block and a bit high, so they work well with me being stiff and allow me to do deeper downward dogs etc. Their semi-circular shape mean that if you use with flat side on the floor, they are much less harsh on the wrists. Curved side down they provide support but with a bit of wobble, making you work harder. They also work well to help stretch the back (lie over them flat side down on your back). You can also use them as normal yoga blocks if you put them on their sides. Highly recommend! 

I love these blocks. They’re a great yoga accessory and I use the curve to stretch my back. The colour is beautiful too!

I have recently discovered Bala bangles and love them. When I saw these blocks I loved the shape as they can be used for stabilising when needed, but also to make things more challenging in poses you want to work on greater balance and strength. The quality is brilliant and I would definitely recommend.
