Great Kit
My skin is really sensitive, so most of the times, when I try new products (or if I use the same product for a long time) my skin has slight reactions. And then I heard about Alpha-H and saw so many good reviews that i decided to try this kit out. This kit is amazing, not only my skin didn't have any type of reaction, but also my skin seemed to calm down a bit and my skin improved.

Good starter kit
Over the past few months, having suffered quite badly from adult acne, and having a slight reaction to a 'special edition' cleanser from another brand, I decided now was the time to switch up my normal routine and try something new. Having heard good reviews about Alpha - H, I decided to contact a representative for advice on what products I should use. The majority of products advised were for sensitive skin and so I purchased this kit. I am pleasantly surprised with this, although it didn't stop my breakouts, my redness seemed to calm down quite a bit and the overall appearance of my skin improved. The balancing cleanser is nice, although a little on the thin side (I am used to a thicker, creamier cleanser) and I can't rave enough about the moisturisers and the eye gel. Having extremely fair skin and walking to work everyday meant I was having to apply a high SPF on my face (again not the best for acne sufferers) but the Protection Plus Daily SPF 50+ is wonderful. It's light and has a tint to it but goes on almost sheer on the skin and is a brilliant base for makeup, I can honestly say it makes my makeup last longer without having to touch up oiliness until late afternoon (an improvement on my skin). The eye complex is also a nice change as it is a gel rather than a cream. At 24, I am now starting to focus a little bit more on 'preventative' measures and the eye complex goes a long way to helping this. My dark circles and dry skin around my eyes improved enormously. The Essential Hydration Cream is also lovely used on a night and is thick enough to feel like it's hydrating. However, the reason the kit only gets 4 stars is the Gentle Daily Exfoliant. For me, there was nothing gentle about it. It comes in a little pot in powder form. You then mix it with some water and apply it to your face before washing it off. I found that it made my skin tight and it felt like a stinging sensation when applied to my skin. So, unfortunately I could no longer use this. However, overall the kit is useful to trial all the products and I would recommend anyone that is unsure to buy this. I will definitely be repurchasing the full size moisturisers and eye complex.
