I heard about Institut Esthederm from the Style.com blog and am a complete convert, wow! It smells like really expensive face cream and soaks into my skin almost instantly. I could be out in the sun all day from 9am and my skin didn't burn in the slightest, it didn't even feel tender after the first day sunbathing marathon (I am super pale!). The tan took a little longer than normal to appear, but it has lasted over a month after getting back from holiday.

Apply evenly all over your body, 20 minutes before exposure. Renew application every 2 hours.
