Disappointed
1I opened the lid of this eye wand and the product shot out and landed on my white trousers and instantly left a line of gold !!!! Unbelievable… Vieve needs to go back to the drawing board with this product .. The colour is nice enough but based on the bad design of this product I will not be purchasing anything else from the brand ! Shockingly bad

Vieve Shimmer Wand
4I love the colours, ease & longevity of these. I did not give 5 stars because the stick often flies out when I take the lid off. This happens on all the colours I have unfortunately.

Good but not fantastic
3This product is very convenient which is why I keep reaching for it. With that said, the pigment does tend to fade quite quickly when you blend it and you are left with just sparkle. I can make it work by layering but I can imagine there are better versions of this product on the market.

Damaged
2I love the shades and the original Eye Wands, so ordered three shades as soon as they launched. One was immediately damaged, as other reviews describe and the other two have since also fallen out after little use. Whilst they were working, I was disappointed in the longevity of the shadows and find the shimmer gathers in creases; they seem rather different to the original Eye Wands, which last really well. I feel these were sold before the formula was right, not up to the usual Vieve standard.

Disappointing
2I absolutely love Jamie and have followed her for years. The Matte eye wands are amazing and I wouldn’t be without them however these are nothing like as good and I also received one colour that the whole stick fell out of the component.

Disappointing
2Bought because I thought the shade was appealing, but I had the same problem as another reviewer where the whole stick fell out of the applicator. Easy to fix but disappointing that it happened. I find that it isn’t shimmery, more a sparse glitter effect. Won’t repurchase, probably won’t use much at all unfortunately. Will stick with BB or LM.

Good but not great
3I bought this for two reasons, I have been following Jamie for ages and she seems so sweet I wanted to support her brand, also I had run out of my beloved Laura Mercier Burnished Bronze Caviar stick. So I decided to purchase the similar shade from Vieve as a replacement. Firstly it's smaller than I was expecting but no big deal, then the the entire crayon fell out upon opening. I've had this happen before (admittedly not the second I open it) so I wasn't too fazed and popped it back in. It was easy to blend and pretty but not as intense as I would have liked . It was slightly sparkling but the shade itself wasn't amazingly shimmery. I will say it lasted very well without smudging and was easy to remove. I probably won't repurchase but it is a nice product for no fuss makeup days.
