5One of the best retinoids I ever tried and definitely the best squalane-based one. Surprisingly, it's also the cheapest out of all the oil-based retinoid products I tried, so 5 stars for that. It's really good for dry skin, but also behaves pretty well on my combination-oily skin, doesn't cause breakouts and is great for protecting or restoring the barrier.

Little irritation
4Seems to be working well so far. I've noticed some dryness and my skin flaking in the areas km prone to dryness, however my skin hasn't been dry and sore like the usual beginning stages of using retinol. Too soon to tell if there's any impact on my fine lines or skin texture.

Would buy again
4A big fan of the Ordinary and it's price point but for some reason, didn't expect much from this. However, I was plesantly suprised at the refreshed look of my skin after all a week's use.

4I think it is good starting point for person who never used retinoids before. Not too strong, skin looks and feels smoother already after few applications

A must..
5I've been using this almost 3years now. It is works on my asian skin. It delays my wrinkles. I use it at night as the texture a bit oily. Highly recommended.

5Love this product! Three weeks of use and already love how it’s made my skin feel. Next morning it’s noticeably plumper and tighter. You have to keep it in the fridge. But highly recommend.Â

On the fence
4I got this for my boyfriend , but it ended up breaking him out pretty bad ,soi took it back and am now using it on my body. At least I found a purpose for it,i hate letting products go to waste.

Not irritating to my skin
3I have sensitive mature skin and this product does not irritate me. However, after 2 months of use I’m not sure I see much of a difference on my forehead wrinkles

Brilliant for the price
5If you want an entry level retinoid without the price tag, go for the Ordinary. This is low irritation. I’ve seen a huge improvement in my skin tone and fine lines. It takes a while to sink in but can’t fault it for the price.Â
