Brilliant
5My skin has been looking a little lacklustre lately, as I’ve been trying to spend less on my monthly skincare. This serum has absolutely transformed my skin though, and as no issues dispute my sensitive skin.

Great staple
4Very hydrating and great for counteracting the drying effects of retinol. I do find the consistency a bit thick and sticky, and despite it sinking in quickly without leaving any real trace I've found myself mainly using this at night. It does work really well on my dehydrated and sensitive skin and I notice that fine lines are less noticeable and pronounced. You don't need much product as it spreads quite easily but it's difficult to dispense just a small amount with the dropper and I find myself wasting a fair bit of it this way, which brings down the rating somewhat for me, especially seeing as it's a little bit pricey for the amount you get. Would still highly recommend and will buy again.

Effective but a little greasy
4It takes a while to sink in and causes breakouts (which I understand can happen with retinol initially), but it makes my skin smooth and plump, so I’ll stick with it for now!

5Having used retinol from The Ordinary for about a year I decided to go to the full strength. I don't get any irritation though I did not jump straight to this. I quite like the slight oily feeling once applied as I tend to massage it in for a while using a roller. Great price so I do recommend
