These really work!
5Recently I've been having out of control sugar cravings probably due to stress and I was desperately looking for a way out of this vicious cycle. I saw this and honestly thought it was probably too good to be true. I read the reviews though and decided it was worth a try. Every day that I took them the cravings were gone and I noticed I ate less as I didn't keep heading for the biscuit jar. On the days that I forgot to take them my sugar cravings were as bad as ever. So this isn't something you can take a course of and be fixed you need to take it every day. I was truly amazed at how well they worked though and I am just about to order my first refill. The only minor complaint I have is that supplements always seem to be in such huge capsules which can be hard to swallow.

Not sure if they worked
3So I used these for 2 months but still couldn't stop eating sugar. Maybe I needed to used them for longer but I can't afford them if I'm not sure if they work unfortunately.

Not for me.
2This supplement did nothing for me. Worst of all, they are large and difficult to swallow. Â In Japan, there are almost no supplements with large grains like this, so it was stressful to swallow.

5It did help to get rid of the urge for sweets/cakes. But just like skincare, you gotta keep using it.Â

Cure for stress eaters
5Had been working insane hours from home and was overeating, this did a great job of reducing sugar cravings and gave lasting fullness without uncomfortable bloat

5Been taking for around three 3 now, started them at the same time as I was trialling intermittent fasting and reducing my calorie intake. I was recommended a chromium supplement by my nutritionist and I noticed a difference with these, so will keep taking them.

Sugar Stress
5I was skeptical to try this product at first, but I always seem to be reaching for the sugary snacks mid -afternoon and wanted to find something that would help with those cravings. Sugar Stress was it! It's super easy to take and it's really helped curb my sugar cravings!

YES - finally something that stops me reaching for the chocolate!
5I didn't actually realise the impact of cortisol and food until I started researching why I was constantly eating chocolate when I was stressed. I then went on to learn more and try to find. a solution. This product really works for me in regulating my stress hormone so I don't find that I have that sweet trigger.Â

5I bought this for my mum struggling with menopausal sugar cravings and she loved it! She said it worked within days, and she felt like she had control of her eating habits again. She felt significantly less stressed as well the longer she took the supplement.
