Pretty good but there may be better!
4I’ve now finished the 90 day capsules and I must say I’ve not noticed a “big” change in the way I feel. I’m still just as bloated as I used to be. However, I didn’t get any digestion problems and felt good knowing that I was taking these. 4/5 as I didn’t get any side effects from taking these but unfortunately didn’t see all the marvellous results that everyone else seems to have had!

My baseline
5Since taking TNC's pre+probiotic I have noticed a dramatic difference in my gut health. It has this soft almost healing feeling in my gut that allows food to digest easily and gives my skin a beautiful glow. It's the kind of supplement you don't want to stop taking!

Changed my life
5No exaggeration to say that this has changed my life. I have always had IBS and a reactive stomach prone to bloating, gas and constipation but after three weeks of taking this I could eat whatever I wanted and went to the bathroom every morning like clockwork. I will never, ever be without it.

Changed my life!
5I never realised what feeling 'normal' felt like until after two months of taking these consistently. I used to bloat from pretty much everything and never knew what food was going to set me off (I'm already careful with what I eat) after a month of these I felt considerably better, WAY less bloated, no constipation and even my skin feels/looks better. I guess it's true, your gut really is your second brain. I will continue to get these monthly 100%.

The Best
5I have taken probiotics before, various brands and number of strands, and I have to say to date this is the best probiotic I have ingested. The most incredible effect that I completely didn't expect was feeling incredibly energetic. I give it two thumbs up and even though I'm curious to try a couple of other things from The Beauty Chef and Moon juice I will always have this baby on my shelf.
