Ideal for smoothie season
3I can’t help but notice that introducing this powder to my daily ritual has made my skin look better. I have tried to add it into my routine in a few different ways including mixing it with water, fruit juice, and smoothies. Mixing with water works ok and it does taste good but there is a slight grittiness that is left at the bottom so I find myself having to stir while I drink and then add more water and stir some more. That’s why adding it to a smoothie is actually really pleasant because you don’t notice the texture. Is it worth it? Yes. But personally, I do prefer to take supplements in capsule form as I find it much easier.

Great product
5It’s well combined with collagen - I’ll wait for long term results. Shelf life is quite short so gonna use it quickly - which I see as a benefit. I’ll probably buy it again after a short break.

Good but not great
3Don't let the khaki colour put you off. When I first saw it, I thought.. oh no. The taste wasn't as bad, a strong berry flavour, better in smoothies than just in water. I personally didn't see a huge difference in my hair skin and nails but I'm going to wait it out and see if it's maybe a long term situation but I will say I did have more of a glow within! The only other downside is that it can be very grainy which is a bit of a put-off but masked when in a smoothie.

Morning smoothie essential!
4I love anything that is geared around gut health, I really struggle with keeping mine in check and stress definitely seems to cause flare-ups with me. I initially started trying this just mixed with cold water, however I found it a little bit too grainy for that so have since been putting it in my daily morning smoothie and I love it! It tastes delicious, so if I've gone for a more 'green' smoothie I don't even notice a more bitter taste, a great way to disguise this! I feel like my nails have been in the best condition they have for a year (I've really struggled with my nails since lockdown 1) and am starting to see some proper growth which is amazing. I've been taking this for about a month now and feel like it's really looking after my skin inside out. I'd definitely recommend for anyone wanting an easy-to-use supplement to promote gut health and healthy skin!

Give it a Glow
5As I opened the tub and stared into this khaki powder, I groaned. My commitment to a more mindful stance on wellbeing has led me to expand my daily supplement menu past collagen and vit D. This self-inflicted penance has brought me to TBC's Glow, on the strength of rave reviews from my colleagues. As I shook the mixture into water it transformed into a rich aubergine shade of Purple, suddenly there was hope where I had worried there would be nose pegs. The taste is good, it has a rich berry flavour that isn't sugary and doesn't feel heavy like a smoothie. It's been a month and I can definitely see a difference; my complexion looks clearer and I think the whites of my eyes look brighter, my nails are stronger but more than anything I feel good. It gives me the same feeling as when I go to an early yoga class on a Saturday morning and know I'm heading straight for a bagel, energised, buoyant and dare I say it, a bit optimistic about my progress.

5I absolutely love this product alongside the Collagen! I notice a huge difference in my skin and hair when I am using them and hate running out!

Not as tasty as other products!
3I am a huge fan of the beauty chef, I love the Body Inner Beauty Support but have found the GLOW inner beauty essential quite hard to swallow... I'm going to stick with it to see if I get results but the flavour could be improved.
