The best addition to your beauty routine!
5I really enjoyed using this product and making it part of my diet. My skin did feel more glowing after a while. Great flavour and easy to use. Highly recommend any Beauty Chef products in general!

An absolute inner beauty essential!
5I have used this on and off for years and I finally remembered to buy it again! I have noticed such a difference with my gut, and experience far less bloating since taking it daily/ a few time a week. My skin feels happier too! I also love the taste of this.

Great for a health kick
4This is a lovely product, it tastes fine in a smoothie. I wouldn't buy it as a daily supplement as it is pricey but its great for an additional gut health boost when you want it.

5After having my children I suffer with acid reflux daily. This I think is my third tub and have found it amazing for healing my stomach, settling bloat and coming off prescribed medication. I will keep repurchasingÂ

Helped digestion
4I’m not sure if this has helped my skin at all but it has certainly helped my digestion and bloating. The only downside is that I find the flavour absolutely awful and I struggle to get it down some mornings. I tend to have to mask it in teas and smoothies.Â

Happy tummy
4I’ll be honest I’m not sure this does anything for my skin however my digestive system has never been happier since I started taking this. I have less bloating and er shall we just say tummy upsets as well! Been buying for years and will continue to do so.Â

Stick with it
4This tastes ok but as other reviewers have said the gritty texture is a bit unpleasant. I’ve been taking this for about 3 weeks and have noticed the dark circles under my eyes have reduced and my skin is starting to look clearer. This isn’t a quick fix but if you stick with it does make you glow!Â

Miracle worker
5I have suffered from Rosacea for years and I swear that this has helped calm my skin. I also suffer from acid reflux and its helped calm my stomach too. I highly recommend the Glow!

Glowing Skin
5Not sure if it's the new face serum I put on or drank this, one thing for sure I know is that my skin becomes so smooth and glowing ever since started drinking this. I usually just mix it with water together with the collagen inner beauty boost and chia seeds and it tastes delicious! I like it and yes it does get gritty towards the bottom but just stir it as it hits the bottom and problem solved. I felt sceptical at first if this works but don't let the comments put you off haha try it for yourself first you won't regret it :)
