Cleared up my skin.
5I love it so much. I have tried a couple of cleansers so far, I do double cleansing the Korean way, but I was looking for a better packaging solution. So I am really loving this so far, 2 in 1, compact and clever design. It spills slightly around, but that doesn't bother me too much, because of the amazing effects it has on my skin. 1 week in and my skin is literally glowing.

Ok for travelling but rather unimpressive
2I didn't enjoy this product. The cream ran out way before the balm. The cream also had an unpleasant smell. I would say it is useful for travelling, so your double cleanse is covered. The packaging seems excessive somehow and it's expensive for what it is. I wouldn't repurchase.

Perfect for Night time Skincare
4I bought this after reading mixed reviews and I have to say that I do think it's worth the hype. It cleanses my skin beautifully without any adverse side effects. Naturally, I'm in love; so much so that I look forward to washing my face before bed every night. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of how quickly I get through it. It would be great if there was an option to just buy refills instead of a new tub every time.

Great but...
3I love the actual products - they made my skin feel great. However, even after using these cleansers my toner was still taking off traces of makeup on my face and unfortunately I found the products constantly ended up mixing with each other as I travel a lot so the product was often on its side so it would be much better as a separate balm in the tub and cleanser in a tube.

Holy Grail
5I love this to remove my makeup! Doesn’t break me out and feels very calming. I have to alternate with a more “aggressive” cleanser though because it’s so gentle that it makes me oily after using only this product for a while. Love the packaging as well.

Perfect travel cleanser
4No luxurious scent, but just does the job. I like the cream side A LOT please make a separate :)

Perfect for travelling
5I love to double cleanse and typically at home use the Clinique balm and then glossier milky cleanse, but when travelling it's not practical to take both those items as they are quite large products. The packaging is sturdy so there are no spillages etc.

So simple
4I love both the cream and balm parts of this, but I wish they were sold separately. I have combination skin that is prone to clogging. The balm wipes off so easily, and the cream has a lovely slip. Both are unscented which is fantastic for sensitive eyes and skin!

Meh
3I love CH and Pixi, which is why I thought this would be a cleanser from the gods. Sadly, it was just...meh. Great for people who are trying to start a good skincare routine, and previous baby-wipes-for-makeup-remover users. No scent, no luxe feeling, just does the job but there's no pleasure in using it. The cream cleanser ran out super quick as well, so I had plenty of cleansing balm which I got bored of and couldn't wait to use up and move on.

Amazing cleanser
5The cream part of this cleanser is lovely. Beautiful texture, fragrance free and packed with peptides. Leaves my skin soft and smooth and always looks brighter the next day. I would love a seperate pot of of it as would like to use it sometimes in the morning (although I know the purpose is to have a 'double cleanse' product). The balm is nice too - really gentle, removes highly pigmented lipstick, heavy mascara and full coverage foundation. No eye sting or residue left. I have also recently started suffering with rosacea and it does not irritate it. Lovely product.
