Size is a little surprising

I've been recommended to start taking omega 3 in winter and I use HUM's other products so thought to go with theirs first. They're very good and definitely tick the box but if you're someone who struggles with big pills this might not be for you as they are pretty big and you need to take 2. That being said I'm more than sure I'm getting my daily dose of omega!

Have been taking these alongside the hum probiotic and my skin has never looked better!! I have acne and since taking these I’ve noticed less new spots, scars are less red and my skin is smoother overall. Not too difficult to swallow and have no fish taste which is great. Really highly recommend.

These capsules are exactly as they say: easy to swallow! And they do not repeat on me! I have really struggled with other fish oil capsules because other brands repeat on me. NOT THESE! I’m so happy to have found these!

Great for skin

This product is great as the normal smell of fish oil tablets is completely hidden and I feel generally more healthy over all since taking these. I’ve definitely noticed less spots and softer skin with less eczema breakouts.
