Perfect unisex Vanilla
5This is your perfect winter vanilla. Spicy notes mixed with the vanilla make it unisex and so so wearable. It lasts all day, even longer on clothes! This is how I would want my library to smell, gorgeous!

New discovery and i love it

Pleasant fragrance but...
4I bought this Maison Margeila alongside By the Fireplace (the latter being the one I preferred), and although it's pleasant I'm not sure I'll pull for it as it's a little sweet for my liking. I didn't expect this fragrance to be sweet since you would typically associate libraries with more of a dry and dusty aroma, and I think this is what's thrown me - I wanted more woods and less sugary vanilla. My expectations of a dry scent should not put anyone off trying this themselves though, and I may well like the fragrance a lot more when I return to it. Plus, my skin chemistry may also have been the reason for the sweeter rather than woody notes coming through, who knows.

It's gone almost instantly
2Love the subtle but special scent when I spray it on. But on me, this disappears almost instantly! Such a shame. This is a no for me.

Just lovely
5Long-lasting but still a soft enough scent to wear at work all day. Perfect if you, like me, get a headache from overly sweet or "fresh" smelling perfumes but want something suitable for the daytime. My first Margiela perfume and I'm really happy with it!
