Great, but not the Best
4Tried this mascara as part of conscious edit. Love the packaging (glass bottle) looks elegant in my make up bag. Love the fact that it has benefits and not just mascara. It is more lengthening than volumising. I need more volume, I would probably go with different mascara next time.Â

Luxurious packaging but trashy content
1I was so excited to try this mascara and was so disappointed! I haven’t seen anything special about it at first but then in the end of the day I couldn’t recognize myself in the mirror - terrible panda eyes, I looked like I was crying the whole day. Don’t recommend this terrible and expensive pseudo luxurious product.Â

Best mascara ever!
5I could wax lycrical about this serum mascara forever, it conditions my lashes as it curls them , looks natural but accentuates, nothing but good to say, my go to mascara since it was introduced.

1Racoon eyes and flakes everywhere, avoid this one. I miss having the brand Ilia here, that was the best!

Better than expected
5I received a full size of this in a CB beauty edit (I can't remember which one) and I was initially not impressed as I hated it the first time I tried it. Gave barely any lashes and seemed like a faff. Anyway, I persevered and now I love it. I will definitely order a new one when I run out. This gives lovely plump full looking lashes but without any clumping, spiking or over exaggeration. Your lashes look thicker, fuller and longer but there is no obvious mascara look. It stays put all day, lashes stay up all day (anyone that's experienced droopy lashes after wearing mascara all day will know what I mean) and it doesn't budge - no flaking, smudging or smearing. The packaging is lovely too - a long black glass tube. The brush looks quite ordinary tbh but it does a lovely job of coating each lash in enough mascara. You can build it up and there is still no clumping, spiking, or spidery looking lashes. Your lashes stay flexible - they do not dry down to stiff, hard lashes. It is a considered purchase but definitely worth it imo.

Great if you hate the feel of heavy makeup
5Easily best mascara I’ve ever had. Looks and feels natural, no eyelashes sticking together or heavy stiff eyelashes which I hate. Lashes are dark lengthened and defined but still feel soft to touch and light like no makeup on. I was really surprised by the 2 star reviews but I suppose if you like that really heavy make up look this is not for you but if you like a soft natural look and the feeling of having no make up on this is best mascara ever.

5I love this mascara - got it as part of the conscious beauty box - and I've kept the box so I know what it is to re-order. I have very oily eyelids so many mascaras end up giving me panda eyes - this stays put all day - and is super dark . I love the volume and lift it gives. It the mascara I reach for every day!

Underwhelmed
2I did not find this mascara to add much in terms of volume or length. It adds just a hint of dark colour. After half a day, the product had transferred to under my eye area. I got this as part of the cult conscious box and very glad I did not have to pay full price because I cannot see me finishing this product.

It’s okay
2I think this mascara is good for people who already have great lashes! Even after a 3rd coat, it didn’t look like I had much mascara on. It’s good at keeping lashes separated but I didn’t find it good at adding volume. I feel like I just paid for the glass bottle. I think it’s good for people who like a very subtle and natural look.Â
