I Feel Calm Sweet Calm
5I have just finished my second jar of Calm Sweet Calm and I am ready to repurchase. Usually, I am guilty of being someone who doesn’t take their supplements consistently as I find it a difficult habit to get into. As these are chewable and are disguised as a sweet treat, I have kept them on my desk and have always remembered to take them. I do think that they work in helping me manage some of the effects of stress, so I will keep taking them. I also want to add that I am really impressed with HUM's packaging and how they clearly state what allergens they do and don't use. This makes life so much easier for anyone who needs to avoid certain ingredients.

Stress Relief, bottled!
4The Calm chews taste great and I think it's so important for supplements to taste good to really help you commit to taking them as you should do, but rarely do they taste this good! You can just take two of these whenever you need if you're feeling stressed. It might not be something you notice straight away, but over time I'm finding that normally really stressful situations are easier to cope with and I feel calmer and more able to deal with pressure. I can get some drowsiness with these, so I prefer to take them closer to the afternoon/evening, but that really helps me drift off to sleep when I'm feeling overwhelmed! Really worth trying if you get easily stressed, they taste delicious and like a sweet treat, while helping reduce cortisol levels...what's not to love?!

Works a treat
5Superb! Something that actually works and tastes great. I have a stressful job with long hours so this keeps me balanced especially if I end up having too much caffeine, and it doesn’t make me sleepy or drowsy - just super chilled. Noticeable difference and tried every remedy under the sun over the years. It is expensive but as long as it keeps me calm in times of stress then absolutely worth it.

Amazing gummy
5I have been using this for a while now and I can already see the good effects on my stress levels! During this uncertain time and with 3 kids my stress level were pretty high, but thanks to this gummies I can feel more relaxed! Highly recommended!

That's Calmer For You...
5Between the landscape of Pisces sun and Leo ascending there is not much in the way of 'middle ground' for me (shout out to all the children raised on Rescue Remedy!), so I was excited to see the effects that these might have. I have to say I think these are a wonderful addition to my combat-stress-kit. I would say within a couple of hours I feel more relaxed, a bit sharper in myself and they have definitely helped me drift of to sleep with ease, even when I have taken them hours before I hit the pillow.
