Not Good
1I always looking for the best cleansing balm because I have a very sensitive skin and combo skin. This cleansing balm was the worst. After use, my eyes were tearing, my skin was red and pores clogged.

Not for sensitive skin
1Tai vienas prasčiausių mano turėtų produktų: kemša poras, atsiranda spuogelių, panaudojus net akys ašaroja, skauda jas ryte. Taip pat pastebėjau, kad naudojant šią valymo priemonę iškrenta daugiau blakstienų. Židžiu,-tikrai ne man. ***This is one of the worst products I've ever had: clogs pores, gave me acne, even irritated my eyes and was still sore in the morning. I also noticed that with this cleanser more lashes fall out. Not recommended.

Holy Grail Cleansing Balm
5I’ve been using this balm for about 4 years - I’ve tried quite a few others along the way (Clinique, Elemis, Eve Lom, CT and more) but I always come back to this one. It smells like a spa, melts away all my makeup, and makes my skin feel so soft and luxurious. I use this as a first cleanse and follow with a lighter cleanser at night. I’ve given out many tubs as gifts and everyone loves it.

Gentle & Effective
4This is my new favorite multitasking product. I have wildly sensitive skin, especially around the eye area. This balm however, does what it says: removes even eye makeup, doesn’t sting or burn, doesn’t leave an excessively greasy residue. I was also surprised by how much I like using the cloth. I thought it was gimmicky at first, but I’m going to buy a couple more! The only area that gets docked a point is the packaging. The jar allows for some of the lighter oils that have separated to leak down in between the outer shell and the basin of balm. Not a huge deal though, just as long as you keep it cool and stir it occasionally to keep the formula well incorporated.

HOLY GRAIL
5All the hype around this cleansing balm is real: it's simply perfect! This butter becomes an oil when you apply it and instantly melts all the makeup and pollution away from my face (even waterproof mascara WITHOUT any irritation for the eyes). With water, it becomes a milky lotion that you can easily rinse off and a tiny bit pea-sized is enough for the whole face so it’ll last ages and you won’t feel guilty for the price tag. It doesn’t leave your skin squeaky clean but as I double cleanse this is not an issue for me. Instead, I feel like the oils and rich ingredients in it nourish my skin, indeed. The mitt is also quite useful; effective yet delicate on the face... Please keep it in stock forever!!!

Luxury facial in a bottle
5This smells so lovely and feels so soothing on the skin. It is great as a mask and cleanser, and no doubt it delivers what it says. Shame it is so expensive though!

Great but a little bit pricey
5Smells nice, truly melts away on my skin and suitable for a relaxing massage while removing all make up. Gentle on my sensitive skin. Skin feels great, soft and clean. If you use the muslin cloth or microfiber cloth + warm water, there is no only residue. Can only recommend it.

Love it
5Feels and smells great. I have sensitive and quite reactive skin and this didn’t irritate or break me out. However as I’m prone to breakouts, I cleanse again after.

Good but not perfect
4I'm not a big fan of this smell, but the smell does not stay for long. It's a good cleansing balm but not as good as a makeup remover. Leaves skin oily and caused me few breakouts at the beginning of using.
