Won't be without it
5I love this retinol. As someone with combination sensitive skin, I've found some retinols make my skin break out and/or dry. I use this every night and have never had a problem. I feel it reduces wrinkle lines and smoothes the texture of my skin. Can't recommend enough!

Swear by it!
5This is my go to retinol, I used to use the ordinary retinol however I never saw any difference in my skin so I purchased a mini version of this and noticed an immediate difference in my skin, my skin looked noticeably smoother and more even, it has also helped fade some of my dark marks overtime. I will say its best to start on a low % retinol or using once a week, to help ease your skin into it as it can be pretty irritating for the skin. After using the mini version, I purchased the full size and it has lasted me months. 10/10 recommend!

Ease in to it…
5This product is a part of my Night routine - i started using it nice a week, and slowly i eased in to using it. Now i use it every other day, and my skin loves it. Retinol Can sometimes be harsh, but if you let your skin get used to it, one step at a time, you’ll be great friends.

4I had been using the ordinary granactive retinol to build up to this. For me, this is a decent regular product to use alternate nights-I’ve been doing so for years. Prescription retinol no matter how little or well buffered kept irritating my skin but this is a good balance between minimal irritation and maximum effect

Didn't work for me
2Unlike other Drunk Elephant products, this didn't really work for me. Love the packaging but didn't love the formula. I would go back to Medik8 instead.

Ok, but not blown away
4I needed s small travel sized retinol so I opted for DE. I’ve used retinol for a few years and this one is fine but I probably wouldn’t bother repurchasing. The cream sunk in fine and felt nice to use but it didn’t leave my skin looking revived like my usual retinol. I appreciate everyone’s skin is different though, this just didn’t work amazingly on my skin.Â

Amazing but use with caution
5I have been using retinol for the last 2 years and have tried many brands of retinol and this is the best, my skin looks so bright and fresh!! But as the reviews say, it is strong! If you've not used retinol before do not ignore the advice about building up usage. Start with once every two weeks, then one week and see how your skin reacts! The key is to not over do it, or your skin will get crispy!
