5My new favourite addition to my routine, I didn’t really believe that these would work but they really do help drain my puffiness. It’s also just a relaxing thing to do before bed, I use it to work my jaw and it stops me clenching as badly all night.

5Love this tool, I’ve been using it daily to work fluid/knots in my jawline and neck, always combine it with facial oils and it’s making a noticeable different for sure. Can already see the difference and my face feels more toned.

Life changing!!!
5So I bought this almost a month ago after seeing so many people speak on the benefits it can have for your skin/face. I honestly am not disappointed!!! My jawline has more structure to it, not to mention that if you suffer from jaw ache due to anxiety this is brilliant in solving that issue, my jaw was always clenched and been painful for years but now that has completely changed! I 100% recommend this product, it will transform the contours of your face and also skin texture and of course perfect for those with painful jaws!

Game changer!
5I am sure a lot of people will have seen the viral tik tok's circulating with Gua Sha's, which I am not ashamed to say is why I caved and decided to jump on the trend! I am so happy I did because after consistent use with my favourite facial oil (currently the Disciple's Good Skin Face Oil) my face is less puffy, my jaw is less tight from clenching and my face really does look more refined, not to mention is feels like a bit of me time when I use it (So relaxing!). Would make a gorgeous gift too.

Better than rollers!
5I bought this after about buying and owning 5 Rose quartz rollers that ALL broke. Not matter if expensive or cheap... this however, I have now owned over the course of nearly 2 years. No chips or breaks woohoo! I love this Gua Sha as it’s helps de-puff my face first thing in the morning, and can soothe over cheeks/jaw/eyebrow bones with all its clever curves. It’s so easy to clean too, and the little silk box it comes with is perfect for storing. Love, love, love!

5Who knew a tool so basic could make such a difference! I didn’t realise how much tension my face held until I used this Gua Sha. It really helps to tone, lift and just give you a more of a zen feel. It’s does make your routine slightly longer but it worth the results!
